I would have had to write a complaint letter to the Yelp Elite team if they didn't have a restaurant from The Hill neighborhood in St. Louis on this list somewhere! I have never had a bad meal when eating at a restaurant in The Hill, it truly is one of the special neighborhoods not just in Missouri but in the entire US.
