October 26 – The Immanuel United Methodist Church in canton, Missouri will hold their annual church dinner on Saturday, October 26 starting at 4:30 pm. The dinner will include turkey & ham (homemade noodles) with carry-outs available. The Country store will have seasonal items, unique gifts, jams & jellies all the proceeds collected support Church Missions.

October 27 – The St. Edwards 71th Annual Turkey Dinner will be held on Sunday, October 27from 11 am to 2 pm at the St. Edwards Catholic Church located at 214 S. State RD in Mendon. The meal is a family style dining and includes turkey, homemade dressing, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce and dessert. Cost is $10 for adults, $6 for children ages 5-10, ages 4 and under eat free. Carry out meals are also available for $10 each. Tickets are available at the door.
October 27 - The Frankford Rural Fire Department will host its 9th annual Ham & Bean lunch served with cornbread, homemade desserts, tea & coffee in the Frankford First Christian Church basement on Sunday October 27, 2019 starting at 11:00 am. A good will offering will be accepted to help offset expenses.

Be there as Kevin tells his story of an unlikely survival and his strong will to live after attempting to take his life by jumping off of the Golden Gate Bridge. Being one of only 34 (less than 1%) of jumpers in this location to ever survive and the only one to be spreading the message of living mentally healthy around the globe.
