Multiple places are claiming FEMA has issued a new warning that should concern Missouri, but have they?

And the most unbelievable theory you'll see today is probably this one which says Missouri would be target number one for Russia.

There's something unusual happening in two places. One is the airspace over Alaska where Russian jets were intercepted and the other involves Missouri and two 'Doomsday Planes' that were recently spotted over it.

This may be the result of me reading too many Tom Clancy novels back in the day, but I do understand why there is concern in Missouri over the revelation that Russia ran simulations of what would happen if they used tactical nuclear weapons. The conclusion is bad news for Missouri and the world as a whole.
