I got my hair cut at Schmidt & White Barbershop in Hannibal yesterday, and now I wont go anywhere else.

I was in need of a haircut in mid March of this year, I was growing my hair out for the Quincy Community Theatre production of Chicago the musical in which I play Billy Flynn. That show takes place in the 1920's era Chicago so men have longer hair that is they styled with gel and other products, so my hair was longer then I would normally have it anyways, then COVID-19 swept across America. So for the past month and a half since the Tri-States, along with the res of America, went into quarantine my hair got completely out of control. Now to be fair yes I shouldn't complain because at least I have hair, but still it was a curly mess and uncontrollable, when we learned Missouri would be opening up the first week of May a listener of "Mornings w/Mark & Sam" recommended I check out the barbershop Schmidt & White in Hannibal and make an appointment.

I did make an appointment which is super easy, all you go is go to the Schmidt & White Facebook page by clicking here and pick what service you want and what time you want. The owner and operator of Schmidt & White is Jay Fohey, he is an incredibly talented barber, and gave me a haircut like I was back at my barber in Chicago only for a lot less money! I absolutely loved haircut I and definitely think Jay is the best barber in the Tri-States. Jay is taking the health and safety guidelines seriously too during this coronavirus crisis, and I felt very safe during the haircut.

If you don't have Facebook you can always call Jay at Schmidt & White at 573-629-2006, it is located at 322 Center St. in Hannibal, and if you go tell him Mark sent you! Oh and here is a picture of my haircut, I'm very happy! (its the little things like a haircut that keep you positive during this crisis)
