Most Dangerous Cities

Not only are they on the list, but coming in respectively one and two on the list. First, here are the other eight cities that made the list.

  • 3rd - Rockford, Il
  • 4th - Milwaukee, Wisc
  • 5th - Minneapolis, Minn
  • 6th - Lansing, Mich
  • 7th - Chicago, Il
  • 8th - South Bend, Ind.
  • 9th - Cincinnati, Ohio
  • 10th - Dayton, Ohio

Not only do Missouri have two cities on the list they are the the top spots. According to Norada, the FBI listed St. Louis as number one followed by Kansas City. They looked at crime rate, poverty, educational and recreational programs for youth, and several other factors in determining the list. Not the best news is that the Missouri cities are the number one and number two spots on the list.

Now, it's no surprise that St. Louis and Kansas City make this list. Seems like they are on a "dangerous," "worst to live," list all the time. But like every city in the nation, there are good parts and bad to each city you just have to know where to go and where not to go. I love both of these cities and visit them often. I would feel safe in both.
