The end-of-the-year lists and rankings are being released, and the ranking for most dangerous cities in the U.S. is out and a Missouri city makes the list.

Which Missouri City is Considered Most Dangerous?

Before we reveal the city. Factors considered in the ranking are happiness, affordability, health care quality, retiree taxes, disability, job market, and crime. Taking into account, U.S. News places St. Louis at #2 on the most dangerous list.

St. Louis is an amazing city. There is so much to do with the zoo, City Museum, and taking in a Cardinal or soccer game, and you can see that the city is trying to change the narrative when it comes to St. Louis living.

However, the crime rate is so high that despite all the good the city is trying to do, crime is still taking over the city.

Kansas City also makes the list at #8 which again the city is trying to create a better living environment and job opportunities for people, but crime seems to always be getting in the way.

Crime is everywhere, unfortunately, you can't get away from it as much as you would like to. I visit both of these cities often and I know which places to go and where not to go. So, if there is any advice I can give is know those places in the cities you visit and try to stay away.
