Located in the Garment District, The Phoenix is one of the few buildings in downtown Kansas City on the National Historic Registry. It’s been a local favorite for both drinks and tunes, with plenty of stories to go around—including ghost tales from the building's days as a boarding house and hotel (which still operates today).
