Madd Hoss Jackson will bring live music to the Brown County Fair in Mt.Sterling, Illinois for the first time in 20 or so years.

The popular hometown band will perform Thursday, July 31 starting at 7:30 p.m. The show will be free to get into with your paid admission to the fair and will be open for all ages.

Jim Jennings joined us on the morning show to tell us about the show and to give us an update on things happening for them in Nashville. Madd Hoss Jackson played a "showcase" in Music City earlier this summer, for an audience that included record label representatives. They are now garnering interest from some of those very important people in the business and as Jim likes to put it "the wheels are turning, but they turn slow."

Take a listen to our visit and see some new pictures of the band.
