HGTV Names America’s Hometown in Missouri Most Charming in USA

We are lucky to have so many great small towns in the Tri-States, but one was just named one of the Best Small Towns in the USA. And I couldn't agree more.

We all know how great Hannibal is, but for a national brand like HGTV to recognize what we already know is pretty exciting. The home brand talks about National Tom Sawyers Days, the Big River Steampunk Festival, and of course the man himself Mark Twain.

 In his honor, it offers a variety of shops, museums, riverboat rides and other experiences, many based on his characters. A week-long Tom Sawyer Days Festival is held each year. A new Big River Steampunk Festival has been drawing visitors, too, many of whom dress in Victorian-era costumes.

I really like this particular article because usually Hermann, Branson, or some other small charming town makes the list and HGTV really put some thought into this article and come up with some hidden gems in American towns that maybe you should put on your bucket list to visit. Hannibal does such a great job in promoting the sitting, having amazing events throughout the year, and bringing in tourism all the time.

I challenge you to get out and enjoy what Hannibal has to offer, I know we might take advantage of it because we live so close, but the town really does amazing things and we should all take part and enjoy what the charming small town has to offer.
