Adams County Skate Park Movement Picks Up Momentum

The Adams County Skate Park Movement has been given the thumbs up to build a skate park in Moorman Park from the Quincy Park District.  Now, they just need to raise the funds to get it built.  Now, they have a number of fundraisers in the coming weeks to get the project closer to completion.

On August 14th, they're having a vendor and free entertainment night at ONE Restaurant and Bar from 5 to 9pm.  People can eat, shop and listen to great entertainment. They're also working on a car wash around September 1st.  Plus, there are plans in the work for an End Of Summer Fest in Upper Moorman Park near the later part of September.
