There are dozens of great breweries in the Show-Me State, and one website set out the goal to find the "coolest" brewery in all of Missouri. Not only did they choose a big-time brewery, but one that has one of my favorite beers of all time.

According to the travel website called tripstodiscover.com, the coolest brewery in all of Missouri is...Boulevard Brewing Co. in Kansas City. What makes Boulevard cooler than Anheuser Busch, 2nd Shift Brewing, and Schlafly? Well, on the site they say...

"Boulevard Brewing Co. is a top attraction in Kansas City for a reason, home to a 10,000-square foot Beer Hall and a Tours & Rec Center with public tours that walk you through its legendary beer history. At the top of the Tours & Rec Center is an adults-only Rec Deck, which features shuffleboard, foosball, and city skyline views, along with a wide selection of Boulevard beers to keep you entertained. Try the award-winning Zon Witbier or classic Wheat Beer..."

The site goes on to list the coolest breweries in each state. For our readers on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River, the site chose Half Acre Beer Company in Chicago, to see the full list of coolest breweries in each state click here!

I have never been to Boulevard Brewing Co in Kansas City but I absolutely love their Hazy Wheat beer, and now I need to prioritize visiting the brewery on my next KC trip. If you want to learn more about Boulevard Brewing check out their website for yourself by clicking here!

LOOK: Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.

Keep reading to see if your favorite beach town made the cut.
