
Warrant Arrest Leads to Firearms, Other Charges for Quincy Man
A Quincy man is in the Adams County Jail on outstanding warrants and a number of new charges.

Adams County Sheriff’s deputies attempted to arrest 24 year old Tanner Eyler about 10 a.m. Tuesday on active arrest warrants for failure to appear on charges of possession of a firearm by a felon and domestic battery.
Eyler allegedly resisted arrest. Once he was taken into custody, it was discovered he was carrying a loaded firearm and was driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen from Monroe City on December 19th.
Eyler is jailed without bond on the warrants, along with new charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, aggravated battery to a peace officer, aggravated resisting, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a stolen vehicle and driving with a revoked license.
Quincy Police assisted Adams County Sheriff's in the arrest.
