The Most Unusual Roadside Attraction In Missouri Is Giant & Red
There are many roadside attractions on the famous Route 66, but one stands out above the rest.
Giant Red Rocking Chair
If you're thinking about taking the All-American Road trip then I am sure you're looking into stops along Route 66. The famous Route has several roadside attractions, but one giant red rocking chair seems to be the oldest and the strongest.
Reader's Digest put together a list of the strangest attractions in every state and the red rocking chair was picked for Missouri. The chair stands 42 feet tall, and once held the world record for the largest rocking chair until another one was built in 2015.

Other Route 66 Attractions
More than attractions there are famous diners Lou Mitchell's Diner in Chicago which has been around since 1920, Big Chief Roadhouse in Glencoe that's been around since 1929, the Cozy Dog Drive-In located in Springfield, and the 66 Drive-In Theatre in Carthage.
It doesn't seem you can sit in the Red Rocker, but standing next to it to take a picture is about all you can expect from this roadside attraction.
