According to chiefs.com, the Kansas City Chiefs are keeping their training camp in St. Joseph, Missouri! There isn't a new deal with Missouri Western State University, but an extension of the current deal through 2024. On the site they say...

"The Kansas City Chiefs exercised their option to extend the terms on the contract that will make Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri, the home of Chiefs Training Camp presented by Mosaic Life Care through the 2024 season...The Chiefs have held training camp on the campus of Missouri Western State University every year since 2010 (excluding 2020 due to Covid-19), when the club returned its training camp to the state of Missouri for the first time in 20 years."

What is interesting to me is that this isn't a new deal, just exercising the option to extend the current deal...That makes it feel like the Chiefs could be looking around at maybe moving their training camp in the future. Is there a place better for the Chiefs to have their training camp? I have one place in mind, and that would be taking the camp to St. Louis. Here me out... I know it is far away BUT the Chiefs already own and dominate the Kansas City area, they should embrace St. Louis more in becoming the dominant team in Missouri. People in KC can still root for the Royals, and people in STL can still root for the Cardinals, but if you are a Missourian then you bleed Chiefs red, make sense?
