Obviously not EVERY brewery can make the list of the Breweries in Illinois Worth Visiting, BUT how could these three amazing breweries not be on that list?!?

I for one am absolutely thrilled about this! Being new to Quincy one of my first questions to co workers was "Is there a brewery here?" Breweries are all the rage from when I lived in Chicago and they are a ton of fun!

It's no secret that Quincy has a proud German heritage. Along with that huge migration of Germans to this area in the 1800's, came the desire to brew beer, as they did in the "old country."
