A Donut, Kolache and Coffee company called Shipley Do-Nuts! Is expanding into Missouri early in 2026. The first Missouri location for Shipley’s will be in on W.76 Country Blvd. across from the Branson Boardwalk and the Thousand Hills golf resort.

Shipley has been making donuts for 89 years (starting in Houston, Texas in 1936) and are one of the oldest do-nut brands in the country and currently have close to 400 locations in 14 states.

They have over 60 different types of do-nuts including creative one’s like a devil’s food filled one (!!!), crème filled do-nut bars (these are wider than your traditional éclair or “long-john”. Cake do-nuts with maple icing, cherry icing or strawberry icing and buttermilk cake do-nuts too.

Their Kolaches are technically Klobasneky. Kolaches are Czech style pastry with fluffy brioche like dough with cheese and fruit gooeyness on top. Klobasneky are the same brioche type dough but with sausage in the middle. Think hot dog with a bun that covers the top too. You can add cheese and jalepenos (remember they are from Texas).
