According to a post on the Facebook page for The District here in Quincy, Santa's home has been delivered to Washington Park ahead of Saturday's big Light The Park celebration, and Santa will be there for kids to visit with on certain days. The Facebook post says...

"Just delivered from the North Pole!! Santa's House is in Washington Park! You can meet Santa here during Light The Park after 6 PM on 11/27 and again each Thankful Thursday between 5:30-7:30pm 12/2, 12/9, and 12/16!"

Getting to visit with Santa is such a great part of the Christmas holiday when you are a kid, I will never forget the excitement I shared with my siblings waiting in line to meet Santa with our long lists of toys in our hands ready to tell St. Nick exactly what we wanted for Christmas. I love that The District here in Quincy brings in a place in beautiful Washington park for kids to get that Santa meet and greet experience, Light The Park will be such a magical and family fun event, if you want to learn more about it click here! But if you can't make it to Light The Park hopefully you can take the kids to one of the Thankful Thursdays when Santa will be down in Washington park.
