Quincy Man Arrested on Marijuana Charges

Use of a search warrant Monday at 1007 ½ Jersey in Quincy results in the arrest of two adults and pending charges against several juveniles.

Adams County Sheriff’s deputies say around  30 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized during a search. 19-year-old Kerry Talburt III of Quincy was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. 19-year-old Justin Agans was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for possession of alcohol by a minor in Schuyler County.

Police say several juveniles were released to their parents with charges pending.
