Pleasant Hill Man Killed in Weekend Crash

A Pleasant Hill man is dead following a weekend traffic crash. Pike County, Illinois Sheriff’s deputies say 69-year-old James Harris was pronounced dead at the scene after his truck left Spring Lake Road near Pleasant Hill and rolled over. Deputies were called to the scene at 8:12 Saturday morning. The crash remains under investigation.
