No Reservations Needed Anymore When Visiting The St. Louis Zoo
You will not need to make reservations anymore when you go and visit the St. Louis Zoo.
Reservations were required during the pandemic to control the number of people visiting the zoo, but those are no longer needed and zoo-goers can now come and go as they please. The new rule will take place starting Monday, May 23 right before the busy Memorial Day Weekend approaches and summer hours begin at the zoo.
Summer hours begin on Friday and run through August 14, and will be open Sunday - Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm. And as always the St. Louis Zoo is free to enter, but there are a few exhibits that you have to pay to visit.
KSDK first reported that the decision to move forward and eliminate reservations was decided to make it more accessible and according to guests, and to not turn anyone away. I can imagine with this being eliminated that the zoo will become a busy place to be this summer and I can't wait to visit!
