Major League Soccer will be adding a team in St. Louis! Here is what we know so far...

CBS Sports reported that MLS has announced it's 28th Major League Soccer team will be awarded to St. Louis! What we know is that the team will join the MLS in 2022, there has not been a name decided on yet, or a club logo. But we know the team will play in a Soccer stadium in in the downtown in the Western District. MLS Commissioner Don Garber said during today's announcement "St. Louis is a city with a rich soccer tradition, and it is a market we have considered since the league's inception. Our league becomes stronger today with the addition of the city's deeply dedicated soccer fans.." for more information on this story check out CBS Sports by clicking here.

This is a huge win for the city and people of St. Louis! Since the Rams left St. Louis a couple years ago, it left sports fans in St. Louis with a big void to fill. Now this isn't an NFL team obviously, but St. Louis deserves something like this with such passionate fan bases for the Blues and the Cardinals.
