Just think about all the names in the world, the different ways to spell them to make your child stand out, and not just one name, but two! It can definitely be overwhelming. Luckily for us, both of our girls’ middle names come from their grandmothers, so that part was easy.

And for girls:

  1. Amelia

All great names—and it seems like names from the 1940s and '50s are starting to make a comeback, especially for boys.

My advice? Once you’ve chosen a name, keep it to yourself. Don’t tell anyone and don’t share it until the baby is born. You don’t need everyone’s opinion on your baby’s name.
