July 4th Fireworks Shows in and near Quincy and Hannibal (all displays are on July 4th, unless otherwise noted):

Illinois:

Quincy - Due to the rising floodwaters, the Quincy 4th of July celebration has been moved to The Illinois Veterans Home from Clat Adams Park.

Mendon - Fireworks will be displayed at Whispering Oaks on Friday July 5.

Camp Point - The Fireworks celebration begins at dusk at Bailey Park.

Pittsfield - Pine Lakes Resort hosts the areas Fireworks display. According to their Web site they will "have the best fireworks in town".

Pleasant Hill - Fireworks go off at dusk from the City Park, by the pool.

Carthage - Fireworks start at dusk at the Illini West High School Football field.

Missouri:

Hannibal - The Fireworks display will be at dusk on the riverfront, during National Tom Sawyer Days.

Palmyra - Palmyra's celebration will take place on the 6th of July with Family Fun at Flower City Park. Fireworks at dark, sponsored by the Palmyra Chamber of Commerce

Monroe City - Fireworks will be shot off behind Dollar General on the northeast side of town.

LaGrange - Their display will be at dusk, set off from the LaGrange riverfront.

Shelbina - You can view the display at Shelbina Lake starting at dusk.

Louisiana - Fireworks display presented by the Chamber of Commerce at dusk, fired off from the Louisiana riverfront.
