The good news is that everyone is OK. The same can't be said for glass fixtures and games when a car blasted through the windows of a Joplin, Missouri game store as security camera video shows.

This crazy scene happened on February 3, 2023 at a Joplin, Missouri Gamestop location. Here's the backstory from the video share:

A grandmother was waiting on her grandson to shop. The accelerator got stuck in reverse, causing her to drive through the store, and completely destroy games and fixtures. Everyone was okay.

It's a miracle that no one was injured.

I hope the trauma of this didn't cause a problem for the grandmother who was in the car. Games, glass and shelves can be fixed and/or replaced. Lives can't. The fact that no one (including her grandson) was in the path of that car is incredible.

This will be an interesting explanation for the insurance claims adjuster. I predict they cover a thing or two because they've seen a thing or two. Even by that standard, this is a crazy scene captured by security camera video.
