Guy Fieri Names Just One Missouri Restaurant to His Approved List

Of all the restaurants that Gur Fieri has visited in Missouri, he only approves one you should visit for 2025.

When Guy Fieri highlights a restaurant in your state I feel like most of us pay attention. Known for being the host of Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives where he highlights locally owned restaurants in towns & cities across America it's really amazing to see if your town makes an episode.

While Missouri has been featured on several shows throughout the years, only one stands out among the list: The Shaved Duck in St. Louis. Located at 3225 Pestalozzi Street, the restaurant is known for its famous BBQ.

LoveFood gathered the list of the approved restaurants and says this about the Shaved Duck,

The joint featured in season 15 of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives; Fieri loved the crispy-skinned duck breast, which comes served with a choice of classic sides – think creamed corn, potato salad and mac ’n’ cheese.

I know there are so many places to get delicious BBQ in the St. Louis area, but I feel that if a restaurant is featured on a Food Network Show it must be extra special. I have visited a restaurant that was featured on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives and it was amazing, and when we visit Kansas City we try to go every time.

So I think Guy Fieri knows what he's talking about so here I am putting another restaurant on my bucket list.
