I've still gotta try yoga. I hear good things. Great for balance, for toning, for inner calm. It just centers you. So I really should try it. But I think I'll try it on dry land, at the gym, before I even attempt what Hannibal Parks is offering on July 14th, and that's Standup Paddleboard Yoga.

I have a feeling I'll end up in the water a lot in that class, but if you're confident in your ability to stay balanced, sign up for one of two classes in Standup Paddleboard Yoga. The first class starts at 8am on Saturday, July 14th, the second at 10am, both running an hour and forty-five minutes at the Hannibal Aquatic Centar. All equipment is provided by SUP of St. Louis. Cost is just $25, and space is limited so make sure sign up at the Hannibal Parks and Recreation office at 320 Broadway, or over on their website. You can also follow the event on Facebook for any updates.

Now they say it's for any skill level, and I believe that, but I'm at a zero skill level with both my yoga and my standup paddleboarding, so I'll let you crazy kids do this, and check back with you next year when hopefully I'm more centered.
