This is no fancy $20 burger made by an award-winning chef, but it was voted the best burger in its area, could it be the best in all of the Show-Me State?

Congrats to Hi-Point Drive-In for winning the Best Burger Award from the A-List 2023 Readers' Choice Award on stlmag.com. By winning this award we know that the burger at Hi-Point Drive-In is the best in the St. Louis area, does it mean it is the best burger in the state?

On stlmag.com they say this about the award-winning burger at Hi-Point Drive-In...

" The burger is exactly what you’d expect from an old-fashioned, drive-in-style eatery: crispy, greasy, and served on a toasted bun. The ingredients—grass-fed, grain-finished beef and only the freshest of fixings—make Hi-Pointe a standout."

If you go to the website for Hi-Point Drive-In they say...

"The Hi-Pointe has been an iconic St. Louis destination ever since this spot was a little drive-in in the 1980’s. Our mission is to bring it back to life with mouthwatering burgers and original sandwiches. Our chef-inspired menu uses locally sourced ingredients."

I will say that if you are trying to find the Best Burger in all of Missouri that the winner of the best burger in St. Louis should be in the running for best in Missouri. Maybe the best way to go about this is to find the best burger in Kansas City, and then also find the best burger in cities like Springfield, Branson, Columbia, Jefferson City, and some smaller towns like Sedalia, and Hannibal and create an epic burger bracket. Which burgers have you eaten in the state of Missouri would you want to nominate to be in the running for best in the Show-Me State?
