Welcome to Weaubleau, Missouri. With a population of just 545 this town (if you don't live there) is one where you will be scratching your head. So go ahead...try sounding it out.
According to 247 Wallst, the correct pronunciation for Weaublea is WAH-bloh. Nope wouldn't have ever gotten that. The town itself is located on the Southwest side of Missouri and was established in 1867.
Where Did the Town Name Come From?
It's the second name of that town. It was first known as Haran but was later renamed for the stream located in the town. It's known also for Weaubleau eggs, a certain type of rock that forms in the area where the town is. Again, never heard of that before.
