Roxi's Pizza is one of the newest restaurants in Quincy but it is already closing its doors, but just temporarily. According to a post on the Facebook page for Roxi's Pizza they say...

"We sadly announce that we will be closing our doors until we have done more renovations over the next few months to accommodate us in our venture. We will be staying in touch for a new opening date. Thank you to all of those who had supported us so far, we appreciate you greatly."

If you didn't know of Roxi's Pizza they have only been open since the beginning of 2021 here in Quincy, and are located at the old Pops Pizza location on Maine Street and 10th street. Roxi's Pizza isn't just another pizza place here in the Gem City, they specialize in Neapolitan Pizza and they use the best ingredients that the local resources have to offer.

To be honest this temporary shut down is surprising but not shocking. What I mean by that is, while their food is fantastic and very original compared to what else is offered pizza wise in the city of Quincy, they opened before they really renovated the old Pops Pizza place to be authentically their own. It still feels like Pops on the outside and inside, and yet the type of pizza you are eating is completely different. I really love what Roxi's Pizza has to offer and can't wait to get back their when they have finished their remodel and reopen to the public!
