Students from Quincy High School's leadership class are putting their best dribble forward to help out Autism Speaks.

A 3 on 3 basketball tournament will be held in the QHS gym on Saturday, November 16 starting at 1pm. Teams will consist of students and faculty at the school.

The public is invited to attend and cheer on friends, relatives or just enjoy some basketball while helping Autism Speaks with their $2 entry fee. A bake sale will also be held at the tournament with those proceeds also going to the cause.

Autism statistics from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention identify around 1 in 88 American children as on the autism spectrum. That equals a ten-fold increase in prevalence in the last 40 years.

Please mark your calendars and attend this fun and important event.
