Going somewhere new to eat is a hard choice. You don't know if you'll like the food or what they have on the menu, and when you order something will you like it. Well, that's where the USA Today experts come in. You see they do all the work and all you have to do is either read what they say and try it or just move on to the next.

Well, they say that the Oakville Grill & Cellar and Asador Bastian are the vest best new restaurants to try in 2024.

Oakville Grill & Cellar

If you are a wine fan you're going to like (love) this place. It brings the best in California wine to the Midwest.

The menu is inspired by farms and ranches in California and the Midwest and features outstanding plates like grilled heirloom artichokes, oak wood-grilled wagyu steaks, and West Coast petrale sole. The drink menu features a staggering array of the best Napa wines to complement your meal.

Asador Bastian

This location is set up in an historic building in Chciago known as the Flair House which is an 1800s histories townhouse. And if you lobe beef then this is the place you want to go.

You'll be wowed by some of the world's finest boutique beef. Indulge in their white truffles from Alba in season or sample the spontaneous chef's menu that celebrates the best of San Sebastian in the Basque Country. This is a carnivore's paradise.

The Asador Bastian is a bit pricey, so don't be surprised when your paying $300 or more on a meal for two. The Oakville Grill & Cellar is a bit more afordable, but you're still going to spend some money.
