WalletHub has released a list called 2023's Most & Least Educated Cities in America, and based on their ranking the most educated city in Missouri is... Kansas City! Kansas City ranks 40th on the list overall and is ahead of the two other cities from Missouri on the list, St. Louis which is ranked 45th, and Springfield which is ranked 93rd. On the site, WalletHub says...

"To determine where the most educated Americans are putting their degrees to work, WalletHub compared the 150 largest metropolitan statistical areas, or MSAs, across 11 key metrics. Our data set ranges from the share of adults aged 25 and older with a bachelor’s degree or higher to the quality of the public-school system to the gender education gap."

Is it fair to say that the MOST educated city in all of Missouri is Kansas City-based on this list alone...? I don't know. This list only factors in the 150 largest cities in the USA so you aren't getting Columbia, Missouri on this list. I would argue based on the cities at the top of this list like Ann Arbor, Michigan, Madison, Wisconsin, and Durham, North Carolina, that if you could include Columbia, it would be considered the most educated town in Missouri.

Some other towns nearby our Tri-State location on the list include Chicago ranked 29th, Des Moines ranked 56th, and Peoria ranked 99th, to see the complete list for yourself click here!
