Two More Deaths, 81 New Adams County COVID Cases Wednesday

Two more Adams County residents have died from COVID related illness.

Health department officials reported the deaths, both males in their 80s, along with 81 new confirmed cases of coronavirus Wednesday.

There have now been 4,571 COVID cases in Adams County, with 1,028 active, 79 hospitalized in their 20s to their 90s, ten in intensive care and now 45 deaths.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate continues to drop, standing now at 6.05%.

Rapid COVID testing in Adams County resumes Friday in the Shopko parking lot from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m.
