This Missouri Dog Named Bentley Has Perfected Backward Scooting

Everyone has a gift. For one Missouri dog, that talent is backward scooting which he has apparently perfected thanks to a viral video.

Attention: there is nothing profound here. It's a dog doing something fun. Thanks again, internet, for being you. Here's what Bentley's owner says about this incredible (*sarcasm*) achievement:

This is a video of our Pomeranian Bentley. I took him to see my mom on her lunch break...where she worked! When he gets super excited he likes to “back it up” and go backwards on his stomach!

Me thinks Bentley is getting happy thanks to the carpet. That's what me thinks.

This reminds me of my childhood when my parents would gather friends over at our house and brag about how our dog could "sing". The "singing" was just my parents making loud high-pitch noises which hurt our dogs ears so she "sang". (*face palm*)

Accept it for what it is. It's a dog scooting backwards on the carpet because it makes him happy. Considering all the serious things happening in the world, I'd rather focus on nonsense like this instead of the bad news.
