The winners of Missouri's Best Place to Work in 2023 are three different businesses, which is fair to not compare a small mom-and-pop shop to a giant corporation. The three categories are broken down into size Large Business is anything with 100 employees or more, Medium Business is 25 to 99 employees, and Small Business is anything with less than 25 employees.
The winner of Large Business is Quaker Windows & Doors, which is located in Freeburg, Missouri. On their site they say...

The winner of Medium Business is Missouri Association Management, which is located in Lake Ozark, Missouri.
And the winner of Small Business is Hearing Care Partners, which seems to have multiple locations including one in Macon, Missouri. They have also won awards in the past for Best Medical Group, and Best Hearing Aid Center and were named one of the fastest-growing private companies in 2020.
