Concert night is coming up on August 1 at the Adams County Fair in Mendon. The Voice winner Craig Wayne Boyd will open for up-and-coming country music star Eric Paslay, who has already achieved three No. 1 hits as a songwriter, and has charted three Top 20 songs as a performer.

The 2015 Pike County Fair is taking place in Bowling Green, Missouri July 28 through August 1. Lil Monster Trucks will be a new feature this year, joining annual favorites like the tractor pull, motocross, rodeo and demolition derby. There are very few annual events that have had the staying power of the Mark Twain Old Threshers Reunion. This year's event will mark the 46th time the reunion has been held! The Mark Twain Old Threshers Reunion will be July 9-12 at the Paris, Missouri fairgrounds. Angela Fields, president of the Mark Twain Old Threshers Association, took a few minutes to give us details on the upcoming weekend.
