I don't claim to be an expert of anything, but I should at least have a honorary doctorate in food. That's why I appreciate the fact that a Missouri place was just recognized as being one of the best places in America for food and it all begins with a B.

I think science has proven that there is no such thing as a bad BBQ. However, some are better than others. According to the expert reviewers on Yelp, 3 of America's best barbeque joints are all within the confines of Missouri and another is really close, too.

This is a disagreement that I predict will not end soon if ever. Who has the best BBQ? Both Missouri and Texas believe they are superior and they are in a heated yet hilarious online argument.
