St. Louis Lambert Airport Launches Direct London Route
Traveling to London from Missouri just got a lot easier.
New St. Louis-London Route
St. Louis Lambert International Airport has announced, in conjunction with British Airways, that it will begin offering a non-stop flight from Lambert to London’s Heathrow Airport starting in April 2026.
Economic Impact of Non-Stop Flights
Officials say that with the new non-stop service, they are expecting more travelers and increased revenue for European countries. They are predicting between $50 and $100 million for both countries, which is expected to help boost their economies with these new flights.

The service will operate four times per week, making it easier to visit London for both business and leisure. Travelers will have convenient access to some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, and Buckingham Palace. The route also opens opportunities for visitors from London to explore St. Louis, catch a game, see the Gateway Arch, and travel to other cities in southern Missouri.
