According to Sheriff Matt Oller, deputies obtained a search warrant for a residence in rural Audrain County west of Mexico Friday.

A search resulted in the arrest of 46 year old Stephen Heidecker of Hannibal on failure to appear warrants from Pike and Lincoln counties for delivery of a controlled substance and failure to pay child support.

During the initial search, deputies noticed firearms and drug paraphernalia in the residence. A second search warrant was obtained and deputies seized four handguns, two long guns, ammunition and marijuana and meth related paraphernalia.

Also taken into custody was 35 year old Lindsay Drainer of Thompson for being a felon in possession of firearms and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Along with the warrants, new weapons and drug charges were being sought against Heidecker by Audrain County authorities.

Heidecker remains in the Audrain County Jail. Drainer was released on a notice to appear.
