If you have time to spare, your help is needed to continue the sandbagging efforts in Quincy at the Oakley-Lindsey Center.

According to The Adams County Emergency Management Agency Facebook page, hours have been reduced, but volunteers are still needed. Sandbagging will continue through 5 pm tonight, however, there will be shovels available and lights in the sand if you would like to volunteer after 5 p.m.

With the threat of rain throughout the rest of the week, The Adams County Emergency Management Agency is trying to get as many sandbag as they possible can. The age limit of 16 or older has been lifted, however if you are under 16 years of age you must have parental supervision while you sandbag.
