Chevy Chase Coming to Missouri’s Fox Theatre for One Night Only

Get ready to laugh for a night as Chevy Chase celebrates the 35th anniversary of the National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.

It's one of those movies my family and I watch every holiday season, and sometimes during the summer, National Lampons Christmas Vacation. As a fas, when I found out that Chevy Chase was coming to The Fox Theatre to celebrate the movie's 35th anniversary I admittedly bought tickets.

The special event will take place on Friday, December 13, and after a viewing of the movie Chase will conduct a live conversation about the movie. He will share behind-the-scene stories and personal stories about the iconic holiday movie, and what it was like working for Saturday Night Live.

If you're wondering, yes, there will be a Q&A after. So, if you ever wondered "How did they do that," this would be the time to ask. I always wondered about squirrel science. Was it a trained squirrelly? Was it a robot of some sort? I hope I have an opportunity to ask.

Also, has it been 35 years already? This movie is one of those classic "holiday family" movies that puts it in all perspective. The perfect family holiday has gone wrong in so many ways.
