Concerns grow over COVID-19, forcing the Quincy Public Library and AMC Movie Theaters to close temporarily, here is what you need to know...

The Quincy Public Library announced today on their Facebook page that they are closing their door until at least April 1st as coronavirus concerns grow. They said...

"Quincy Public Library will be temporarily closing, effective at 8 pm on Monday, March 16, 2020. QPL hopes to reopen to the public on April 1, though library officials will continue to evaluate as that date draws closer."

Additionally AMC Movie Theaters announced on their Facebook page today as well that they are closing all 600+ theaters in the USA for at least 6 to 12 weeks. They also said...

"AMC Stubs A-List memberships will be paused automatically during the time AMC Theatres are closed."
