There's about eight weeks left in school, and it'll fly by in a flash. Now you're stuck trying to figure out what fun activities you can do for the kids during their long summer off. Sure you could take them to the movies, there are a couple good ones coming out this summer like Incredibles 2 and Hotel Transylvania 3. But getting the kids to the theatre can be an expensive endeavor. Luckily the Quincy Park District has you covered:

The Lion King on June 15th is easily one of my all time favorite animated films. On July 6th, they've got Despicable Me 3, which was a solid entry into that franchise. And they're also showing Cars 3 on July 20th. It's outdoors at Moormon park so they're getting some of that good fresh air instead of being cooped up inside, there's free soda and popcorn, AND the movies are free. It's non-stop win for all involved. For more info, check out the Quincy Parks website.

As soon as we know when and what Hannibal's movies in the park are, we'll update you!
