Quincy Humane Society At Full Capacity and Needs Your Help
The Quincy Humane Society is at full capacity and needs the community's help in finding forever homes for dogs, cats, kittens, and puppies.
From large to small dogs, and to fully grown cats to kittens the Quincy Humane Society is in desperate need to get animals their forever homes. There is a pet for everyone if you need a pet with high energy, they have them. Want a pet that just chills and is not high maintenance, they have them too. Every personality and different breed is available and waiting to be adopted.
If you are thinking of adopting and want to meet a potential new member of the family you can visit the Quincy Humane Society for viewing hours Monday through Saturday 11:30 am to 5:00 pm. Make sure if you are wanting to adopt you fill out an application either online or in-person first before meeting with any animal. If you are wanting a puppy, all applicants must have an approved application on file.
Help is also needed if you are not wanting to adopt. The Quincy Humane Society has a volunteer program where you can come in on your own time and volunteer as long as you want. From doing laundry to playing and walking the dogs, help is much appreciated.
