Pike County Sheriff Looking for Dog Killer

The Pike County, Illinois Sheriff’s Office needs your help in finding a dog killer.

Deputies received a report that a dog had been shot and killed in Barry about 4 p.m. last Sunday. The owner told officers he had let the out and heard a gunshot about an hour later.

A local vet will conduct an autopsy on the dog, which was reportedly shot once with a small caliber firearm.
