The Garth Mansion in Hannibal is for sale for $1.975 million and already have dropped in price from $500,000. The house is described as being rich in Italianate architecture will 11 private rooms and baths. It's the perfect setting to have weddings ceremonies and receptions at with so many beautiful views in every direction on the property.
