One Of Canton, Missouri’s Finest Honored For 60 Years of 4-H Service

Sixty Years. That is how long Lester Hoffman of Canton has supported 4-H in Lewis County, Missouri.

The Missouri 4-H Foundation recognizes individuals who have created a legacy of service to 4-H by honoring them with membership in the Missouri 4-H Hall of Fame, and Mr. Hoffman has received this honor for Lewis County. Mr. Hoffman has led the Pink Prairie 4-H club and the Ten Mile 4-H club, where his children and grandchildren are active members. He helped establish the Lewis County Fair in 1975 where he has been a steady source of support.

Congratulations to Mr. Hoffman for helping make Lewis County Missouri a better place for children to grow and learn the values of 4-H.
