I began my radio career in July of 1976 at WBBA radio in my hometown of Pittsfield, Illinois, while also working on the farm the radio station owner had. Then I moved to Canton, Missouri in the fall of 1980 and helped start KQCA radio, where we spun records for four years. My next stop was in Quincy, Ill. and I helped start up WQCY-FM, in 1984 as Program Director. In 1992 I moved to Bick Broadcasting and started Top 40 Hits KRRY-FM (Y101) and have been here ever since!
