if you've even had toasted ravioli then you know that it's fried with a beef filling, however, the toasted ravioli that you get at Salt + Smoke is filled with chopped oak-smoked burnet ends topped with a sprinkle of garlic. They take the iconic dish and put some St. Louis-style BBQ with it.

I've never been to Salt + Smoke but I hear nothing but amazing reviews from my friends who have. Toasted Rav is a staple in our house and everything I have someone not from the area try it they are hesitant at first, then they try it and soon fall in love with the fried iconic dish.
