Missouri's Best Award for Best Barbeque Restaurant in 2023 went to a place called HalfSauced Barbeque in Osage Beach, Missouri. HalfSauced Barbeque is all about the meat, and its menu proves it.

If you go to the website for HalfSuaced Barbeque you can explore their menu, and here are some of the highlights...

For starters, they have things like Smoked Wings, Cheese Fries, and Barbeque Nachos which they describe as...

"Crisp tortilla chips smothered with melted cheddar cheese, topped with your choice of smoked brisket, pulled pork or grilled chicken, tomatoes and green onions. Served with salsa and sour cream."

Once you fill up on appetizers they have a full menu of Sandwiches and Combos, items like the Beef Brisket Sandwich, the Double Smoked Ham Sandwich, the Baby Back Ribs, and something called the HalfSauced Sampler Platter which they describe as...

"A great combination of smoked meats - 3 Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket & Burnt Ends. Over a pound of meat! Perfect for a big appetite or for splitting between two people."

I have never been to HalfSauced Barbeque so I can't vouch for them personally, but holy smokes does the menu sound good or what?!? Also, if a place in Osage Beach is beating out BBQ restaurants in St. Louis and Kansas City for the best Barbeque Restaurant in Missouri then you know they are doing something right!
